Client systems and end-user data

When a client gives us access to their code repositories, cloud, app store, analytics or other accounts, we handle any data in them only to perform the agreed services, under the client's instructions. For apps and games we build, the client is responsible for its own privacy policy towards its users; we help implement the consent and data-protection measures it requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and legal purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@llcseller.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
